MASSACHUSETTS: A baffling incident has unfolded on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, where a Massachusetts father has vanished during a family vacation. Stanley Kotowski (60) was last seen leaving his rental at Sea Pines Resort on Friday, sparking a massive search operation by local authorities.
According to the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office, Kotowski was barefoot and without his phone, wallet, or other personal items when he disappeared. His family reported that he had been struggling with insomnia, anxiety, and paranoia in the days leading up to his disappearance.
The search for Kotowski has involved police K-9s, helicopters, drones, and boats, with authorities urging residents in the area to review their home security cameras for any sign of him. Kotowski was last seen wearing a gray Coors Light shirt and dark-colored shorts, and is described as 6 feet tall, weighing 200 pounds, with brown hair and eyes, and a thick Boston accent.
